Daily Rates (minimum 2 nights):
$170 per day (low season) -- $275 per day (high season)
N.B.: No refund for rentals terminated during the rental period, medical emergencies excepted.
US renters paying in US dollars will have exchange (minus transaction fee) and damage deposit returned in US dollars.
A maximum of two dogs per rental group are welcome for a flat weekly fee of $15 each.
Adjustments made to pet fee for rentals of less than a week.

- Washer/dryer in main bathroom; outdoor clothesline, clothespins and indoor drying rack also provided
- ~2k to Souris: shopping mall (including grocery store, pharmacy); hospital, restaurants,
bank, post office, ferry to the Magdalen Islands (Îles de la Madeleine) - Bike rentals, Confederation Trail, deep sea fishing nearby
- Wide range of golf courses in the area.
Rates are in Canadian dollars.
Deposit of $100 per week is due by cheque (made out to Jill Rollins), e-transfer (in Canada), or PayPal, at time of booking. Refundable $100 damage deposit also due at time of reservation.
On receipt of deposits and required Lease Agreement (see Links),
a confirmation will be sent to you.
Deposits returnable until July 1 or 30 days prior to occupancy, whichever comes first.
Rental balance due IN FULL one week before arrival. No refund for rentals terminated during the rental period, except for medical emergency.
